THE LOST BOYS
I had the soundtrack to "The Lost Boys" so naturally we had to make a movie about it. If you haven't seen the movie, chances are you're not gonna understand what's going on, but that is the case with most of our films. You try reenacting the beach saxophone scene using a paper mache guitar and a bed. Frank really pulls off the surly grandfather. "Sandy Chroma loves dem vampires."
FORREST GUMP
"Life is like a box of football..." Phil's performance as Tom Hanks garnished him a daytime emmy. Rich's range of multiple characters garnished him a multiple personality disorder. Together it was a match made in heaven.

AMERICA'S CROTCHIEST HOME VIDEOS
Bob Saget taught us all that sending in our home movies to "America's Funniest Home Videos" could make us $10,000 richer. Rich taught us that getting hit in the nuts was painful.

THE QUESTION CHRONICLES-CHAPTER 1
This is something I put together using bits of old footage while adding questions from the present. It's just something weird and I enjoy how nonsequitur it turned out. Keep an eye out for young Phil and his amazing vocals. If I missed you in chapter one, most likely you'll turn up in chapter two, coming next month...
WD - SOUTH JERSEY REPRESENT
This is an ode to my good friend Marc. Also known as Wasserman, WassDog, Percy Waters, or Government Trouble. He came up with this little ditty while we lived in LA a year or so back. It's a catchy tune backed up by the downy princess Dawn. This was a little tough to edit together because i only had about a minute of Marc doing a stand up routine and it could only be cut up so many ways to look like he was rapping. Add in a younger version of my other cohort in crime and punishment, Phil, (in drag and on backup) and you have yourself a recipe for an unholy brew. Someday I'd love to shoot a real video to this using big booty ho's and pimp my ride accessories. What do you say WD?
THE GOONIES
The Goonies. What kid from the 80's doesn't love The Goonies? Oh, figures you wouldn't Charlie Dandridge. You were a jerk anyway. I can remember digging up my neighbors yard in search of some hidden pirate treasure only to be yelled at by old man Soma. If we weren't trying to come up with our own unique concept for a film, we were trying to reenact scenes from our favorite movie and television shows. We had a crew hanging in the neighborhood during fall break and since there was so many of us it only seemed natural that we give this one a shot. I enjoy Rich as big brother Brand particularly for coming up with the term "jip wad." Frank also gives a stellar dual performance as Chunk and Rosalita the housekeeper. I think we pretty much ran out of steam on The Goonies, as you'll see we skip the entire adventure and go right to the end. This one just needed a little Cindy Lauper action and some proper sound bytes. If you don't blink during the final scene, you'll notice Jimmy Mazzone using a mask I made in ceramics class to portray Sloth. Very oscar worthy.
GENEROUS DEATH
It was the summer of 69. No wait, it was the summer though and we were hanging around my house trying to come up with something to do. Then it happened. We noticed the title of one of my moms melodramatic novels, "Generous Death." It was the perfect title for a football movie. Next all we needed were some props. Football, check. Bucket, check. Adam's ringworm, check. We were good to go. We hadn't made a movie in a while and this gem brought us out of semi-retirement and it really reinvigorated our love for creating these ridiculous short features. The format was simple: no script, no rehearsal, come up with a weird scenario, get my dad's big-bulky video camera rolling, improvise, and let nature takes its course. I've kept the editing to a minimum, mostly just adding cleaner transitions. Please excuse the quality as well, but hey, it was the 90's. To paraphrase Charles Dickens, "It was the best of times, it was the best of times..."
