GENEROUS DEATH

It was the summer of 69. No wait, it was the summer though and we were hanging around my house trying to come up with something to do. Then it happened. We noticed the title of one of my moms melodramatic novels, "Generous Death." It was the perfect title for a football movie. Next all we needed were some props. Football, check. Bucket, check. Adam's ringworm, check. We were good to go. We hadn't made a movie in a while and this gem brought us out of semi-retirement and it really reinvigorated our love for creating these ridiculous short features. The format was simple: no script, no rehearsal, come up with a weird scenario, get my dad's big-bulky video camera rolling, improvise, and let nature takes its course. I've kept the editing to a minimum, mostly just adding cleaner transitions. Please excuse the quality as well, but hey, it was the 90's. To paraphrase Charles Dickens, "It was the best of times, it was the best of times..."
